TerraShield is an Australian company that identifies high-impact polymer products — films, membranes, coatings and adhesives — and brings them to market across Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

We're domain-agnostic by design. Our portfolio already spans protected cropping, agricultural mulching, building & roofing, logistics and retail gardening, with a food product on the way. What ties it together isn't an industry — it's a standard. We only back products that are genuinely functional and make a measurable difference to a market.

For each one, we secure the distribution or licensing rights, validate performance with real-world data, and do the work of building the market — so a great material doesn't stay stuck at the factory.

TerraShield operates under Mariana Diamond Pty Ltd, as trustee for the Trenchard Family Trust — the entity that holds the group's intellectual property and distribution agreements. Our US activities run through TerraShield Inc.

This structure gives our manufacturing partners a single, accountable counterparty for licensing, supply and market development — and gives customers confidence that the products we distribute are backed by a real, registered business.
