TerraShield Pty Ltd is an Australian company that sources and distributes polymer products, including Vento® tunnel film, in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, terrashield.ag, and in the course of doing business with you.
When you use our contact form or ROI calculator email option, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, farm or business details, and the content of your message or calculator inputs. Our website host may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange samples or trials, send you the material you requested, and follow up on your interest in our products. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and by our email systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
