EnviroTuff Liner (ETL)

Protection that travels with your product. A passive thermal liner that turns a standard container into a temperature-stable space — no power, no refrigeration unit.

A container is a heat trap. ETL fixes that.

On tropical and long-haul routes, a steel shipping container can become an oven — with extreme heat build-up, condensation and product degradation arriving long before the cargo does. The EnviroTuff Liner installs inside a standard container and stabilises the environment, with no power source and no refrigeration.

It works through three layers acting together: a reflective layer that turns radiant heat away from the walls, an insulation barrier that slows conductive heat into the cargo, and an air buffer zone that dampens temperature swings.

EnviroTuff Liner (ETL) — passive thermal protection for containers

Three liners for three needs

Standard
Thermal Liner

Core insulation for general temperature-sensitive cargo — the reliable default for most routes.

B-ETL
Breathable

Controlled airflow to minimise condensation — ideal for produce and hygroscopic goods.

Eco-ETL
Fully Recyclable

A recyclable liner for corporate sustainability and ESG compliance, without compromising protection.

Cost avoidance, not added cost

The cost of one rejected shipment can exceed the cost of protecting many containers. ETL protects margin.

🌡️

Temperature Stabilised

Dampens the temperature swings that damage sensitive cargo in transit.

💦

Condensation Controlled

Reduces moisture and the spoilage, mould and corrosion that follow it.

Fewer Claims

More cargo arrives in spec — fewer rejections, disputes and write-offs.

⏱️

Fast to Fit

A sliding-hook system and zip closure let standard warehouse staff install it — no specialist training or equipment.

🚚

Forklift-Friendly

Designed to work with normal loading and handling workflows.

♻️

Recyclable Option

The Eco-ETL variant supports sustainability and ESG targets.

Run a pilot on your riskiest route

Ship one container with ETL alongside one without, on the same route. Compare the temperature data and arrival condition — then decide.
